The C-Class has been one of the few models in the ever-evolving and growing Mercedes-Benz range to have remained true to its roots. Fuel consumption too is up there with the best in its class, no doubt aided by the smooth-shifting 9-speed automatic transmission, and the overall feeling from behind the wheel is that of a very competent sports sedan.
