This is how you celebrate 10 years in the USA!

It's been ten years since McLaren entered the North American market, allowing US customers to experience its sensational supercars like the P1, 720S, and 675LT. To celebrate its tenth anniversary, McLaren North America will showcase a special lineup of iconic supercars representing its past and future at Pebble Beach this week. On August 13th, the newMcLaren Arturawill make an appearance at the Road and Track Clubhouse at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. McLaren'sfirst series-production hybrid supercarwas unveiled back in February, but this will mark the Artura's North American public show debut. After it debuts, the Artura will be on display on the Pebble Beach Concept Car Lawn on August 15th.

Built on McLaren's new Carbon Lightweight Architecture, the Artura is powered by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 and an electric motor producing a combined 671 hp and 531 lb-ft of torque. Since it has a curb weight of just 3,303 pounds, McLaren's hybrid supercar will sprint from 0-60 mph in three seconds, while a 7.4 kWH battery provides 19 miles of electric-only range.

Inspired by Bruce McLaren's M1A racer from the 1960s, the Elva is limited to just 149 examples worldwide. Built on a bespoke carbon fiber chassis, the Elva is powered by a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 generating 804 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. With no roof, windshield, or side windows, the open cockpit supercar is a feast for the senses: 0-60 mph is achieved in just 2.7 seconds and the Elva will blitz the quarter-mile in less than ten seconds.

During the prestigious Pebble Beach Parc du Concours, avery special McLaren F1will also be sold at an auction hosted by Gooding & Company. A 1995 example, chassis 029 is described as a "time capsule" and has rarely been seen in public. In 26 years, this immaculate McLaren F1 has covered less than 243 miles and is in "pristine" condition, so we're expecting it to fetch a fortune. Gooding & Company estimates it will sell for around $15 million.

"The McLaren F1 is widely regarded as the most important automobile built in the past four decades. It is a tour de force of automotive engineering with an unmatched competition pedigree, including an overall win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans," said David Brynan, Senior Specialist at Gooding & Company. "With just over 100 road and racing F1s ever built, this car will grant its next owner entry into an extremely exclusive club. With its incredibly low mileage and attractive, one-of-a-kind color combination, this particular example represents an almost unheard-of opportunity to acquire an F1 in virtually as-delivered condition. This significant car will surely compete for the top sale of the auction week."
