Three models - MKZ, Reserve I, and Reserve II - comprise the range for the Lincoln MKZ. Under the hood of the base model MKZ and Reserve I is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine developing 245 hp and 275 lb-ft for the front wheels, with available all-wheel-drive. Available to the Reserve II is a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 that produces 350 hp and 400 lb-ft for the front wheels, while the optional all-wheel-drive models get an extra 50 hp from the engine. Every powertrain makes do with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Equipped as standard across the range are adaptive xenon headlights, heated exterior mirrors, and an adaptive suspension. Dual-zone climate control, cruise control, four 12-volt power outlets, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror are present inside, while the infotainment suite comprises an eight-inch Sync 3 touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth. Advanced safety features include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane keeping assist, forward collision alert, and rain-sense wipers. Features that become available on upper trim levels comprise ventilated front seats, a 110-volt power outlet, a power sunroof, a power trunk lid, a power-adjustable steering column, navigation, and a 14-speaker Revel sound system.
