The base version also gets some digits.

The final combustion-engined sports car from Lotus has arrived. TheLotus Emiramarks the end of an era but a new one is about to begin as the legendary English marque embarks on anall-electric future. TheEvijahypercar is only the beginning. And now Lotus has announced official US pricing for the Emira V6 First Edition. Previously, onlyUK pricingwas available.

Without further ado, the US-spec model will begin at $93,900 when it goes on sale in the third quarter of next year. To compare, the 2021 Evora GT costs a few thousand more, starting at $99,150. Powered by a Toyota-sourced supercharged 3.5-liter V6, the Emira V6 first Edition packs a total of 400 horsepower and 310 lb-ft or 317 lb-ft of torque.

The latter output depends on chosen gearbox, either a six-speed manual or the six-speed automatic with paddle shifters, a $2,150 option. The slushbox gets you slightly higher torque. It's also a bit faster to 60 mph, 4.2 seconds compared to 4.3. We doubt that'll matter to manual purists.

A total of six exterior colors will be offered, including Seneca Blue, Hethel Yellow, and Dark Verdant, and seven interior colors like red, black, grey, and tan Nappa leather along with black Alcantara with either red, yellow, or grey stitching. A 10.25-inch touchscreen is standard. Some additional exterior details include LED lights front and rear, a titanium exhaust finisher, gloss black front splitter, side sills, front bumper air blades, and a rear diffuser.
