There are two Ford Mustang Mach 1 models to choose from: base or Premium. The Premium model doesn't add much to the driving experience. Instead, it comes with additional packages to elevate the interior, and a few nice-to-have items like heated and ventilated front seats, a memory function for the driver's seat, leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, and aluminum foot pedals.
The base car offers more than enough luxury and convenience with items like a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, a six-way power driver's seat, ambient lighting, keyless entry with a push-button start, leather-wrapped steering wheel and parking brake, and an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system mated to a nine-speaker sound system. Both models are equipped with the upgraded 5.0-liter Coyote V8 producing 480 hp and 420 lb-ft. A six-speed manual transmission is standard, sending power to the rear wheels only, but an automatic ten-speed is available. The Mach 1 comes, as standard, with MagneRide dampers, heavy-duty front springs, trick aerodynamics that increase downforce, and six-piston Brembo brake calipers.
