2022 BMW 4 Series Convertible Trims & Specs

Two models are offered for the 2022 BMW 4 Series Convertible, but each is available in RWD or AWD configuration. Although there are some other differences, these trims are chiefly defined by their engines. The 430i is the base model and comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four developing 255 hp and 294 lb-ft of torque. Power is channeled via an eight-speed automatic transmission with launch control, just as in the M440i. The difference is that the M440i also uses an M Sport differential and is motivated by a combination of a 3.0-liter turbocharged straight-six and a 48V mild-hybrid system. This gives it a total of 382 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque. Other differences include M Sport brakes, M Sport suspension, Vernasca leather upholstery, unique wheels, and M Sport styling. Nevertheless, both are equipped with 10-speaker sound systems, multi-zone climate control, auto LED headlights, parking sensors, and more.
