2019 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible Trims & Specs

The 2019 Volkswagen Beetle lineup comprises four trims: the S, SE, Final Edition SE, and Final Edition SEL. All are equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and six-speed automatic transmission driving outputs to the front wheels. While the S rides on 16-inch alloy wheels, SE models are fitted with 17-inch alloys and the SEL with 18-inch alloys. The standard features list is rather decent from the base model, the S coming outfitted with a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel and gear shift-knob, six-way manually adjustable front seats, heated and power-operated exterior mirrors, and safety features including a rearview camera, blind-spot monitoring, rear traffic alert, and cruise control. The Final Edition SE boasts only bespoke styling elements including a signature Beetle nameplate badge, with the Final Edition SEL taking things up a notch with front and rear parking sensors featured as standard, and bespoke diamond leather upholstery.
