The Titan XD range comprises three body styles with five possible sub-trims. The Single Cab is available with the S and SV trims; the King Cab offers the S, SV, and Pro-4X trims; while the Crew Cab is available as S, SV, Pro-4X, SL, and Platinum Reserve trims. Every model is presented with the choice of two engines: a standard 5.6-liter V8 gas engine supplying 390 hp and 394 lb-ft paired with a seven-speed automatic gearbox, or the optional Cummins 5.0-liter V8 turbodiesel engine providing 310 hp and 555 lb-ft that comes with a six-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, while the Single Cab and King Cab trims are available with rear-wheel-drive as standard, and 4x4 as optional, the Crew Cab variants are available with four-wheel-drive only. The Single Cab body offers eight feet of bed space, while the King and Crew cabs provide six and a half feet.
Standard features on the base S model comprise 17-inch steel wheels, keyless entry and ignition, a rearview camera, a seven-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, and a four-speaker AM/FM/CD sound system. The SV trim adds front tow hooks, power heated extendable tow mirrors, a class IV tow hitch receiver, trailer sway control, an advanced drive-assist display, and rear door alerts (King and Crew cabs only). Moving away from the Single Cab variants, the Pro-4X features 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, automatic LED headlights, spray-on bedliner, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, hill descent control, an eight-way power driver’s seat, dual-zone climate control, and Nissan navigation. Exclusive to the Crew Cab body, the penultimate SL trim introduces 20-inch alloy wheels, a bed-mounted 120-volt AC power outlet, front and rear parking assist, NissanConnect Services, remote engine start with automatic climate control, heated front seats, and a twelve-speaker sound system. The top-tier Crew Cab Platinum Reserve trim comes equipped with 20-inch dark chrome-clad alloy wheels, a surround-view camera, climate-controlled front seats, heated outboard seats, leather-appointed seats, and a chrome exhaust finisher.
Sixteen different packages are available for the broadly-scoped Titan XD range, with many of these relating to specific derivatives in various trims. Simple upgrades, such as leather-seating, chrome finishes, towing packages, and the seat-delete package form part of this extensive list.
Noteworthy packages, however, include the Utility Package for the Crew Cab SV ($1,145), which comprises a Utili-track Channel System with four tie-down cleats, factory-applied spray-on bedliner, LED under-rail bed and tailgate area lighting, and a bed-mounted 120-volt AC power outlet.
Also for the Crew Cab SV, the Convenience Package ($2,715) adds automatic headlights, power heated extendable tow mirrors, an eight-way power driver's seat, heated front seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, rain-sensing wipers, front and rear sonar, dual-zone climate control, NissanConnect Mobile Apps, navigation, SiriusXM traffic, and center-console-mounted 120-volt AC and 12-volt DC power outlets.
Other packages worth looking at include the Tow Package, the Pro-4X Convenience Package, and the Pro-4X Utility Package. A Midnight Edition can also be equipped to the SV and SL models of the Crew Cab trim, for black 20-inch alloy wheels, black-trimmed headlights and various other darkened cosmetic enhancements.
