The hybrid model of the Lexus LS is offered in a single trim, the 500h. Under the hood of the hybrid is a 3.5-liter V6 engine, coupled to a pair of electric motors to deliver a combined 354 hp to the rear wheels. As is common among hybrid vehicles, the power is regulated by a continuously variable transmission, and all-wheel-drive is available.

The 500h rides on 19-inch alloy wheels and comes equipped with LED headlights and daytime running lights. Other exterior features include an adaptive suspension, power-closing doors, a sunroof, and a hands-free power trunk lid. Inside, the seats are upholstered in leather with 16-way power heated and ventilated front seats.
