The BMW X4 M is a single-trim vehicle after last year’s Competition trim was turned into a package for the new model year. However, even in base form, it’s a potent performance machine with high levels of standard specification. A twin-turbo six-cylinder engine displaces 3.0 liters and generates 473 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque, but the Competition Package ups this to 503 hp. An eight-speed automatic gearbox handles shifts while traction is provided by all-wheel-drive. Exterior features include LED headlights, a power rear liftgate, and a power sunroof. The interior boasts power-adjustable front seats with three-stage heating, keyless access with push-button start, ambient interior lighting, and tri-zone automatic climate control. There's a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display on offer, which includes Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration, Bluetooth, navigation, SiriusXM radio, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
