For a Ford Escape, head to Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where prices are 6.4 percent under the national marker. Looking for an Accord? Buffalo, NY has them for 8.4 percent cheaper. But stay away from Seattle, where prices are 6.2% above national average.
