Nothing says "I'm the assistant manager of who-cares" quite like a Nissan Maxima. Nissan is now celebrating that fact by selling the 40th Anniversary Maxima - 40 years of mediocrity. That's a catchy tagline. The 40th Anniversary Maxima is the most expensive car in the lineup. It adds features such as a bunch of badges that say '40' on them, a set of fancy semi-aniline leather seats, Dark Satin Chrome interior trimmings, and a white gauge cluster to remind you, once again, that you're driving some sort of special Maxima. We would suggest avoiding this model and going for the base model if you have to.
