The Mercedes-AMG SL55 returns with a stylish exterior that shares similarities with the GT sports car, which makes sense since it shares underpinnings with the next GT. This two-door roadster is decked out in all the coolest AMG styling parts, including a set of 20-inch AMG twin five-spoke wheels wrapped in summer tires, a Z-fold power soft top, sharp LED headlights, and a multi-stage active rear spoiler, and Airpanel active aerodynamics. Mercedes-AMG also offers a ton of exterior styling options, including the AMG Night Package, which adds Jet Black elements to the front splitter, side sills, side mirror covers, and rear diffuser. AMG also offers carbon fiber trimmings, Dark Shadow trimmings, and 21-inch wheel options.

The 2022 Mercedes-AMG SL55's colors range from in-your-face to reserved and everything in between. Classic hues on offer include Obsidian Black metallic, Cirrus Silver metallic, and Manufaktur Moonlight White metallic. We prefer the classic Cirrus Silver, but its sportier styling means that even more vivid options like Sun Yellow, Hyper Blue, or Patagonia Red look good.
