The S sacrifices a little on practicality for comfort, swapping out the middle-row bench for captain's chairs. However, it also upgrades to 20-inch wheels, which can negatively affect ride comfort on rougher roads. Aside from this, it adds heating for both front seats, a leather-trimmed shifter knob, and a wireless phone charger. On warmer days, the sunroof can be opened to make the already spacious cabin feel even more cavernous. The S also separates itself from the base LX with a few minor aesthetic tweaks, such as dual chrome exhaust pipes and a Satin-finished chrome front bumper.
