2018 Kia Forte Trims & Specs

The 2018 Kia Forte year model lineup includes three trim options, the base LX, mid-range S, and top-spec EX. All are powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four engine that produces 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque in the LX and S models, and 164 hp and 151 lb-ft in the EX. The engine sends power to the front wheels via a manual or six-speed automatic gearbox. Cloth upholstery is to be found on both lower trims, with leather-appointed seats on the EX. The EX also benefits from dual-zone climate control and standard safety features only optionally available on the S, while not available at all on the LX. The LX makes do with AM/FM/CD/MP3/SiriusXM radio, while the higher trims receive a touchscreen with six speakers and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto functionality.
