丰田新释放了最新的the Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia at the 2020 Chicago Auto Show.
Toyota has a strong showing at this year's Chicago Auto Show. The Japanese automaker has unveiled as many as seven new special-edition models at the event, including thenew Highlander XSEas well asnew Trail versionsof the Tacoma, Tundra, and 4Runner.
Completing Toyota's 2020 Chicago Auto Show lineup are new 2021 Nightshade Editions of the Tacoma and Tundra pickups and theSequoiaSUV. These new Nightshade models join the current blacked-out versions of theCorolla Sedan, Corolla Hatchback, Camry, 4Runner, andSienna van. Toyota hinted last week it was bringing "a touch of nocturnal mischief" to the 2020 Chicago Auto Show, and this is obviously what it meant.
Whereas most Toyota Nightshade models are based on SE trims, the 2021 Nightshade Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia are based on the luxurious Limited grade models. Each 2021 Nightshade pickup and SUV are enhanced with black leather-trim seats and a darkened chrome grille, black mirror caps and black door handles, giving the exterior a more sinister look. All three of the Toyota Nightshade trucks offer the choice of 2WD or 4WD.
The Tacoma Nightshade is also distinguished by Dark Smoke 18-inch alloy wheels, black exhaust tip and fog light bezels, and a new grille insert design, while the Tundra Nightshade has black wheels and exhaust tips. Unique to the Sequoia Nightshade is darkened chrome 'Sequoia' badging, body moldings, and lower grille and fog light surrounds.
Toyota's new Nightshade Editions are available in Midnight Black Metallic or Magnetic Gray Metallic. For an extra cost, the Tacoma and Tundra can also be finished in Windchill Pearl, while the Tundra is also available in Super White. Toyota is also offering the Sequoia Nightshade in Blizzard Pearl.
Pricing and availability hasn't been confirmed yet, but Toyota plans to build only 5,000 Tacoma and Tundra Nightshade Editions and 2,500 Sequoia Nightshades.
