Fisker has provided another look at its four-seater convertible supercar, and we now have confirmation of how many will be made.

Fisker has provided additional details and photos of its upcomingRoninfour-seat convertible supercar, including that only 999 units will be produced. These hand-made models can be reserved by placing a $2,000 deposit for the first batch of allocations. Alternatively, buyers can drop a fully refundable $1,000 to get on the list for the second batch. Fisker is aiming to deliver the vehicle to customers in the second half of 2025, and each of those buyers will pay $385,000 before options.

That's a lot of money, but this is also unlike anything else on the market unless you consider the hybridKoenigsegg Gemerafour-seater a competitor.

"The Fisker Ronin is for people who love to drive but who are also thrilled by automotive art and design and demand that their high-performance vehicles embrace a sustainable future," said Fisker chairman and CEO Henrik Fisker. "Our goal was to create a classic grand touring car, updated for the 21st century and engineered for customers who want to drive from Los Angeles to Napa Valley on a single charge or take on the autobahn at steady high speeds without concern for battery capacity."

At this point, Fisker expects its Ronin to achieve 0-60 mph in roughly two seconds. The top speed is projected at 170 mph, and the targeted range is 600 miles.

Carbon fiber wheels (measuring 23 inches in diameter) suggest that the Ronin should handle well thanks to lowunsprung weight.

As a four-door four-seater with remarkable performance, the Ronin is essentially an antidote to super-SUVs, proving that the wealthy need not settle for a boxy body style just to enjoy the company of full-sized adults. Exact measurements and dimensions have not yet been revealed, but Fisker claims this will happily seat five and act as a perfectly normal sports sedan when the carbon fiber hard top is up. This can be activated via smartphone, as can the front butterfly doors. Alternatively, the front doors can be opened by swiping the handle. Once this happens, the handle extends to inform users that the rear suicide doors can be opened.

The aluminum spaceframe includes concessions for a frunk, and this chassis will feature integrated battery cells for a low center of gravity. Inside, a 17.1-inch screen handles infotainment duties.

If this doesn't tickle your fancy, Fisker hasseveral other exciting products in the works, including a very sporty pickup truckcalled the Alaska.
