Industry News /Comments

This is a good thing for Lambo as it enters its electrified era with the Revuelto.

Lamborghini has announced that the United States remained its top market over a period of record sales and profitability while also highlighting the brand's most important regions in the country.

In the first half of 2023, the Italian supercar brand sold 1,625 cars in the USA, a 7% increase over the same period last year. Noticeably, sales of the V10Huracan在第一个飙升了62%half, no doubt buoyed by the news that themid-engined supercar would be going out of production. These sales included the first deliveries of the Huracan Tecnica, Huracan STO, and Huracan Sterrato. Deliveries of the Sterrato only began last month.

To support the popularity of its models in the USA, Lamborghini also celebrates theopening of six new dealershipshere so far in 2023.

Lamborghini says these dealerships "break the mold of the standard storefront" with advanced facilities and a fresh showroom aesthetic. The most recent opening was of Lamborghini Newport Beach in Southern California, while there were also openings in Florida, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Ohio. Lamborghini Westlake, meanwhile, services north Los Angeles, Malibu, and Santa Barbara.

California, long known to bethe leader for EV sales in the USA, was paradoxically Lamborghini's most lucrative state in 2023, commanding 25% of its sales in the country. This was followed by Florida at 19% share (which might explain why theSterrato made its North American debut in Miami), while the Tri-State Area and Pennsylvania account for 14%.

This not only shows the incredibly strong demand for our product as we celebrate 60 years of rich brand heritage, but comes at a critical point as we transition to hybridizing the full model line-up by the end of 2024," said Andrea Baldi, Automobili Lamborghini, CEO of the Americas. "We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers as we follow the company's Direzione Cor Tauri strategy for electrifying the range."
