The LE makes an excellent entry-level vehicle as it is widely equipped with basic features, including more standard safety equipment than most vehicles in this segment. Other than the standard Toyota Safety Sense and Star Safety suites, the LE also includes a backup camera, hill start assist and whiplash lessening front seats. Air conditioning and a 6.1-inch infotainment display are found inside the cabin, together with eight cupholders, a USB port, and three 12V power outlets. An overhead console allows for the storage of sunglasses, and with Eco and Sport driving mode, the LE checks most of the boxes for a base model compact SUV.
