214 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque comes courtesy of the same 160 kW EV motor and 62 kWh battery as S Plus and SV Plus. But the SL Plus comes with everything available from the manufacturer, including a more upmarket interior thanks to the leather trim. If you add $1,600 to the price, you can fit the optional Technology Package, and the result will be car that has everything you could possibly want or need. It’s on the pricey side, retailing for almost $45k. You can, however, see why it led the entry-level EV segment for so long. The SL Plus does it all, but its more modern rivals have surpassed it.
