An even more extreme version of the normal G-Class, the specs of the Mercedes-AMG G63 4x4 Squared make it a truly formidable off-road SUV. The 4.0-liter turbocharged AMG-fettled V8 delivers 577 horsepower in this application, and that's transferred to smooth pavement or any other surface you care to tackle via a nine-speed automatic transmission and a permanent all-wheel-drive system. No other mechanical configurations are available. Thanks to its portal axles, the 4x4 Squared has an extremely generous ride height, allowing it to clamber over obstacles that would befuddle most other SUVs. There aren't multiple trims of the Mercedes-AMG G63 4x4 Squared, just one fully loaded model.
Mercedes has been shy about the specifications of the G63 4x4 Squared, but we know an older version of Merc's infotainment system with its dual screens is equipped. Customers can also expect leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, a Burmester surround sound system, and all the other goodies already found on the normal G63. Although there aren't multiple trim levels, there are various standalone options and package choices to customize the 4x4.
