2023 Aviator Reliability

The 2023 Lincoln Aviator SUV scores a consistent 80 out of a possible 100 points according to J.D. Power, and its specific reliability score is a good 81/100, the same as last year and vastly better than the 2021 model's 70. A total of four recalls were issued for the 2022 model, for a malfunctioning seatbelt-warning system, structurally deficient engine rails, and a detaching fuel-filler tube and headrests. The 2022 hybrid was recalled once for an inlet charge-port harness that may loosen. At the time of writing, the only 2023 recall was for the 2022 seatbelt-warning system, which carries over to the new year.

The new Lincoln Aviator comes with a four-year/50,000-mile warranty and a six-year/70,000-mile powertrain warranty. Hybrid models get a Hybrid Unique Component warranty for eight-years/100,000-miles.
