No one expects the Civic Hatchback to drive or perform like the Type-R, but if you don't have the bucks and want to experience some turbocharged, FWD Honda fun, then the Sport is the way to go. Its crisp six-speed manual transmission and quicker steering give this little Civic a good dollop of attitude, and it is stimulating to push this car around the corners. Not only is it the best out of the bunch to drive, but the Sport also comes with some decent improvements over the base model, such as a seven-inch infotainment display with an eight-speaker sound system and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. Sporty exterior touches and a set of sporty pedals also make it stand out from the rest of the range.
