The SLE is the first trim in the Sierra lineup to contribute towards occupant comfort rather than being a dedicated workhorse. It’s not available in regular cab guise, and gets rid of the base V6 engine as an option, also now allowing buyers to pick the Duramax diesel engine. The tailgate is upgraded as standard to the GMC MultiPro setup adding extra versatility. It adds a few features that will make long-distance travel easier, including cruise control, semi-automatic climate control, and a multifunction steering wheel from where you can control the speed and infotainment. The remote keyless entry and Wi-Fi hotspot are also welcome additions.
