The base Luxury has access to the fewest packages, but these still number nine. Some notable options include the $470 Driver Awareness package that adds automatic high beams, a following-distance indicator, lane-keep assist, and lane-departure warning. The $850 Cold Weather package adds a heated steering wheel and heated front and outboard rear seats, and the $2,695 Radiant package renders the exterior Cadillac crests in grayscale, adds 20-inch wheels, and fits a Galvano-finish grille.

The Premium Luxury has access to several more packages, including the Luxury's Cold Weather and Radiant packages, but adding other useful ones such as the $1,500 Enhanced Visibility package (camera-based digital rearview mirror with washer, automatic parallel and perpendicular parking assist with braking, rear pedestrian alert, and a surround-view camera), the $1,100 Driver Assist package (adaptive cruise control and enhanced emergency braking), and the $1,650 Technology package (wireless charging pad, air ionizer, front cornering lights, powered steering-column adjustment, eight-inch digital gauge cluster, and a head-up display).

Many of the Sport's packages are similar to those of the Premium Luxury, but tailored to this specific model. For example, the $2,350 Comfort and Convenience package adds the leather it loses out on as standard, while also equipping an eight-way power passenger seat and front-seat lumbar massaging. The $2,195 Onyx Lite package is unique to this trim and adds gloss-black rear XT4 badging, grayscale exterior Cadillac emblems, and gloss-black 20-inch wheels. Many standalone options are available, adding items to lower trims that are standard on higher trims, such as the alloy pedals, roof rails, automatic high beams, and various other driver assists, many of these only as part of packages.
