Bentley's Hiring Spree Brings The Electric Bentley Dream One Step Closer

Bentley has announced a recruitment drive to fill 200 new positions as part of its greater Beyond 100 strategy, which the marque claims is the "boldest plan of its kind in the sector." The hiring spree aims to further support the Five-in-Five plan that commits Bentley to launch five new electric models by 2030. Becoming a sustainable vehicle manufacturer is not easy, but Bentley is determined to make it happen.

The new roles will all be based at the automaker's Crewe, UK headquarters, where all five of these EVs will be designed and developed.

Over half of the new positions are focused on engineering, specifically in software, electrical systems, and UX/UI development. Other jobs include project managers and buyers. These are hybrid roles, meaning these future employees can have a combination of onsite and remote working. As part of this, the company has moved to so-called "hot desks," aka no individual offices.

This not only saves space but also encourages greater teamwork and discussion.
