Aston Martin London Parade is 477 Yr-Old Tradition

Aston Martin joined the historic Lord mayor's Show in London, ending it's yearlong centenary celebrations in style.

A typically wet and cold day in the capital brightened up on Saturday when the annual Lord Mayor's Show was joined by a selection of Aston Martins. For the past 477 years, the Lord Mayor's Show parade has trodden the same path as the City of London celebrates the swearing in of the new Lord Mayor. This year, six new Astons partook in the parade, an apt ending to the carmaker's centenary year celebrations.

The marque's newest model, the Vanquish Volante wrapped in the Great Britain campaign livery, was joined by a Centenary Edition Vanquish, a stock Vanquish, two Rapides, a DB9 along with 7,000 people and 150 horses that cheered on the procession that covered around three and half miles of central London.
