With the loss of the normal XSE Hybrid and the TRD this year, the Toyota Avalon lineup now comprises four grades which are available in various configurations with two power- and drivetrain setups. The range comprises the XLE, XLE Hybrid, XSE Hybrid Nightshade Edition, Limited, Limited Hybrid, and Touring. The stock engine is a 3.5-liter V6 paired to FWD, while a hybridized 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine can also be had on the XLE and Limited trims - and is the sole engine option in the XSE Nightshade.
全面规范共享包括nine-inch infotainment touchscreen allowing access to Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Amazon Alexa integration. Also standard is a Smart Key system with remote keyless entry, remote illuminated entry, and push-button start, as well as Toyota's full safety suite of driver assists. Heated front seats are standard in SofTex, upgraded to Ultrasuede/perforated SofTex and genuine leather on upper trims, where ventilation and an upgraded 14-speaker JBL sound system are also added.
There are various standalone options and packages available for all Toyota Avalon models. The base XLE can access the Moonroof Package, which installs a power-operated tilt and sliding moonroof and a wireless smartphone charger for $1,000. For those without it, there is the Premium JBL Audio Package which installs the 14-speaker JBL surround-sound setup and navigation for $1,720. A combination of these two packages can also be opted on for $2,720 on the XLEs, too.
The JBL audio upgrade is the only package available on the XSE Nightshade. There's a $1,150 Advanced Safety Package presented for the Limited and Touring, which comprises a bird's-eye view camera, intelligent clearance sonar, and rear cross-traffic braking.
