The Rage Comet R is for the Redneck in All of Us

We love going off-road, but sometimes a regular 4x4 just won't do. Sure, you've got options such as the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, but even that may not be enough to satisfy some true dirt loving enthusiasts. A Hummer? Hell no, just way too much machine. No, you want something smaller and more agile that's just as tough. Enter the Rage Comet R, a fully street legal vehicle that's powered by a Kawasaki motorcycle engine. Not only can it go from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds, it also boasts a top speed of more than 120 mph.

A motocross kit, off road tires, alloy wheels, big shock absorbers and springs are also included. And it's quite something on the track too. The crew over at XCAR has just released this video demonstration showing the Comet R both on and off pavement. It looks like a wicked good time.
