2021年三菱Outlander Could Look Like This

As 2020 draws to a close, manufacturers are scrambling to prepare for the coming year with new models, facelifts, and redesigns. Mitsubishi knows this game all too well as it busies itself with crafting a new look for theOutlander, its midsize crossover SUV offering. The Mitsubishi Outlander is due for a refresh for the 2022 model year, and as we've discovered inrecent spy shots, and from the carmaker itself, changes are coming to the front, rear, and side profile of the car.

To give us a better understanding of what the proposed changes will look like, render artist Nikita Chuyko from Kolesa has released some interesting pictures. Chuyko is well known for his realistic renderings, as we've seen withhis interpretationof the newBMW M4.

From what can be made out from the spy pictures and official teaser, Chuyko has incorporated his own design, which features the trademark front end with the radiator grille blending into the headlight setup, framed by X-shaped chrome trimmings. Individual headlight "blocks'' stand by themselves in an interesting twist in design language. From the side, one can see that the pillars have been finished in black to give the roof a "floating" feel. The rear of the car looks cleaner than ever before thanks to a minimalistic approach, and a set of sleek taillights, a smooth rear bumper, and tucked exhaust exits round things off.
