Tesla Model 3 Widebody Kit Gives It The Show To Match The Go

But it's not cheap, and you'll have to wait a while.

The design gurus at Aerodynamic Development Race Optimization (ADRO) have developed a radical new body kit for theTesla Model 3. The company appears to be taking a heavy interest in the electric sedan after first introducing aerodynamic upgrades forthe 3 and Model Y last year.

Founded in 2020, ADRO wants to make a name for itself by creating custom aerodynamic body kits that elevate a vehicle's design while increasing performance. This has led it to introduce kits for everything from the C8 Corvette to the Kia EV6, even using its talents to try and fix the face ofthe M3 and M4.

This new Model 3 body kit may be its most radical overhaul yet, and we have no doubt it'll go into production.

Starting in the front, you get a new carbon fiber front splitter with side aero wings flanked by massive fender flares. The words "Adro Model 3 Widebody" are printed prominently on the front right.

The upgrades continue down the side with carbon fiber side skirts with front aero wings, massive rear fender flares, and a massive carbon fiber diffuser with more aero attachments. "Adro Model 3 Widebody" is printed on the left rear of the bumper, and the vehicle is finished off with a radical swan-neck wing and gorgeous bronze HRE wheels.

Currently, the kit is only available for pre-order, with the company saying it won't put it into production unless seven people put deposits down. A deposit for the kit costs $500.

You'd think it would be an easy sell, but this kit costs a whopping $5,500, and that price doesn't include shipping, the awesome wing, or the HRE wheels. Adro also needs to cut into the body to fit some rear elements, so it will take a dedicated Tesla fan to fit this kit. Luckily, there are plenty of those around.

We look forward to seeing what ADRO cooks up forthe facelifted Model 3, expected to arrive later this year.
