Subaru Releases New Pet-Friendly Accessories

Subaru loves animals, perhaps more than any other automaker. The Japanese brand evenbrings adoptable puppiesto its stand at auto shows. Wagon-like vehicles such as the2022 Subaru Outbackare perfect fortraveling with petsbecause they offer tons of space to roam around. Subaru just announced a new line of pet accessories designed to make that area even more comfortable for a dog, cat, or another animal.

"Protecting pets is a key component of our Subaru Loves Pets commitment, and that includes protecting pets on the road," said Joe Daugherty, Director of Accessories at Subaru of America, Inc. "At Subaru, we know that pets are part of the family, and as our owners head out for warmer weather adventures with furry friends in tow, we want to keep them safe and comfortable for the ride."

Subaru says its new line features pet-friendly gear and accessories that were specifically designed for animal comfort. The new additions include a padded cargo liner, console lid protector, collapsible pet kennel, padded seat protector, trunk ramp, seat covers, rear bumper protector mat, and license plate frames that say "Pet Lover." Along with these options, Subaru will offer Sleepypod products, including a pet harness, pet carrier/mobile bed, and travel bowl.
