Here's when you can reserve the 2021 Ford Bronco.

In less than two weeks, the2021 Ford Broncowill finally be shown to the world. We already knew whendeliveries for the rugged off-roader will start, but now the Bronco6G forum has found out when we'll be able to reserve it. According to Bronco6G's sources, customer reservations for the larger body-on-frame 2021 Ford Bronco will be open on July 13, the same day as the reveal. Both the two-door and four-door variants of the new Bronco will be available to reserve.

If you recall, placing a reservation for the2021 Ford Mustang Mach-Erequired a fully refundable $500 deposit, but the Bronco's refundable deposit will only cost you $100, just like theTesla Cybertruck.

Demand for the 2021 Ford Bronco will be extremely high, so Ford is going to receive a huge number of reservations as soon as the off-roader debuts online. Ford expects to sell as many as 200,000 units of the Bronco range annually.

The ordering process is also expected to follow the Mach-E's reservation system, allowing the reservation holder to select a preferred Ford dealer. Reservations will then be converted to orders at a later date when the order books open. At this stage, the reservation holder will be able to confirm their chosen dealer, negotiate a price, and configure options for their Bronco.

Anyone who does reserve the 2021 Ford Bronco will have a long wait, however. Order books for the body-on-frame Bronco aren't expected to open until sometime in December 2020 before customer deliveries reportedly begin in April 2021. The smallerFord Bronco Sport, on the other hand, is expected to arrive sooner.

Orders for the Bronco Sport will allegedly start on July 1, 2020, while customer deliveries will start in November. Pricing for the 2021 Ford Bronco is unknown, but hopefully Ford will confirm how much it will cost on July 13.
