Ford Will Reveal These Modified Focus ST And RS Concepts At SEMA

一个lthough theFord Fiesta ST is on its way out in the US,larger Focus ST and RS still do very good businessfor the automaker. Perhaps that's why Ford will unveil four distinct and beefed up versions of the Focus ST and RS at SEMA in Las Vegas next month. First up is the Focus RS TriAthlete, a concept geared towards performance on the drag strip, road course or twisty mountain roads. The turbocharged 2.3-liter inline-four and six-speed manual remain untouched, but Ford Performance has added cat-back exhaust and short throw shifter.

一个mong other add-ons, there's also a COBB tuning carbon fiber cold air intake, a Turbosmart internal wastegate actuator and an Air Lift performance suspension. The exterior has been modified with a carbon fiber hood, rear spoiler, front splitter, rear diffuser, and rocker panels and fog light surround. The interior is equipped with a custom bolt-in harness bar, 5-point harness and various other Ford accessories. Next is the Focus RS Street Performance Packaged for Speed, pictured below. Again, engine and transmission are stock, but Ford has added a FullRace intercooler, piping and intake and a Ford Performance exhaust.
