Diesel-Powered Chevy Express Van At The Drag Strip

When you think of 12-second vehicles, we're guessing that the first thing that pops into your head probably isn't a Chevy Express van with spray paint on it. And although there are certainly some highly successful diesel race cars, they still tend not to be so popular for drag racing. And yet, here we find an odd-looking Express van powered by a Duramax diesel engine which is competing in the DFW Truck Shootout in Ennis, Texas.

The van is fast. Genuinely fast, and not just fast for a van. It's quite a thing to see.
