Did This Dealership Leak The Genesis GV80 SUV?

Genesis Of Freehold posted a few photos showing what it says is the production GV80. The caption on the post reads, "Some new spy photos of the #gv80 #genesis." These are clearly not conventional spy photos of the real GV80, but rather some kind of rendering, possibly from promotional materials. There is a possibility these could be fake but the images do seem like they could be a production-spec GV80.

If this is the final design, Genesis did not stray far from theGV80 Conceptrevealed back in 2017. The split headlight and taillight design from the concept have been made slightly more production-ready but overall, Genesis has managed to keep the stunning looks in the transition to production.

The GV80 is expected to make its production debut at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show, where we will see if these leaked images are legitimate. Engine options are currently unknown and could include any of the company's current motors including a 3.8-liter V8, 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6, or even a 5.0-liter V8. Drive is expected to be biased towards the rear wheels with all-wheel-drive as an obvious add-on.
