And some new off-road accessories.

丰田已经宣布updates for the2024 Tundraand the highlights include more off-road goodies and a new blackout package. The Tundra is entering its third year on sale as an ever-competent and attractive option in the red-hot full-sized truck segment. So far, we haven't seen many changes, and this year is no different.

The model continues into 2024 with the same seven trims - SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794, TRD Pro, and Capstone in either Double Cab or CrewMax body styles. The powertrain options are also the same, with the choice of either a 389-horsepower twin-turbo V6 or a 437-hp hybridized twin-turbo V6, depending on the trim.

The Tundra is getting the now famous Nightshade treatmentfound on various other Toyotas. The package is available exclusively on the Limited and Limited Hybrid and includes many blacked-out elements like 20-inch wheels, grille, mirror caps, badging, and more.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as if the truck will get the excellent bronze alloys that debuted on theCamry Nightshade Edition. At least the Nightshade package can be coupled with most of the truck's available exterior hues, including Ice Cap, Wind Chill Pearl, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic, Celestial Silver Metallic, Supersonic Red, Lunar Rock, and Blueprint.

Moving to the off-road additions, a big onereturning from last yearis the factory-installed TRD Lift Kit. Introduced in 2022, this lift utilizes Bilstein monotube shocks and TRD springs to raise the vehicle three inches in the front and 2 inches in the rear.

It costs $3,995 before labor, but it's covered by the factory warranty.

New for 2024, the Platinum 4x4 models can now be optioned with the TRD Off-Road Package to improve its off-road prowess. The package retails for $2,500 and includes lightweight alloy wheels with all-terrain tires, an off-road suspension setup by Bilstein, a front skid plate, mudguards, an electronic locking rear differential, multi-terrain select, and a few cosmetic updates.

The last addition for the 2024 MY is a new color option available exclusively on the TRD Pro models: Terra. This dark, reddish-brown color is a massive departure from the bright orange Solar Octanethe TRD Pro debuted with, and we look forward to checking it out in person soon enough.

Pricing for the truck starts at $39,965 for the SR trim and balloons to $78,845 for the Capstone trim.
