2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Ready for Paris Auto Show

The long awaited new 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe is preparing to be unveiled at the 2010 Paris Auto Show. The model is set to come out no later than October, and it's been said that the 2011 Coupe will be based on the company's Veloster concept, and it will have the same platform as the new Accent and the Elantra. The basic model of the Coupe will be have a Theta 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine that will generate 140-horsepower.

The 2011 Coupe will also be available with a 1.6-liter turbo version, and it will produce 200-horsepower. There will also be an optional Twin Clutch Gearbox as well. An interesting detail mentioned is that the Coupe will have two doors on the left side of the car, and just one on the right.
