The Mercedes-AMG E53 is Merc’s attempt at building a less aggressive, more balanced AMG performance sedan. It still boasts a healthy 429 hp and 384 lb-ft, courtesy of a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six with mild-hybrid assistance. To make the ride more engaging than the average E-Class sedan, an AMG-tuned AWD system and adaptive air suspension are standard. As this car is all about balance, it also comes with numerous luxury features, including a 12.3-inch infotainment system with MBUX and all the latest connectivity features, as well as a 13-speaker Burmester sound system. The interior offers dual-zone climate control, keyless go, a new AMG performance steering wheel design in Nappa leather, navigation, and inductive charging. Many more extras can be found on the options list.
