As far as JDM imports are concerned, the Nissan SkylineGT-RR34 is a special nameplate that'sequally special to own. But what if a rare version of this car exists and is currently looking for a new home?

Bonhamshas one in the form of a Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R M-Spec Nur. More specifically, it is one of the 285 M-Spec Nurs ever made - the number 75 of the 75 units painted in Pearl White and number 993 of the 1,003 Nur total examples (718 V-Spec and 285 M-Spec units).

Exterior-wise, the auction car is said to come with competition-derived front and rear spoilers, rear diffusers, and wide fender flares. It also has six-spoke OEM wheels, ultra-low profile performance tires, and yellow Brembo brake calipers.

Mounted on the dashboard is a multifunction LED display that provides performance-related information to the driver. The interior also gets leather-clad bucket seats, specific Nur interior contrast stitching, a speedometer reading up to 300 km/h (186 mph), a DVD navigation system, a stereo system, and air conditioning.

A 2.6-liter twin-turbocharged RB26DETT inline-6 is powering the vehicle, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and the brand's famed ATTESA E-TS Pro all-wheel-drive system (AWD). Due to the Japanese manufacturers' gentleman's agreement, Nissan claims the powertrain only made 276 horsepower, but in reality, it produces 330 hp from the factory.

The unit is said to have registered 178,571 km (110,958 miles) on the ticker despite displaying only 38,883 km (24,161 miles).

With a nameplate this special and considering its rarity, the vehicle is naturally asking for big bucks. As of this writing, prospective owners must top the highest bid at $222,222. Of note, the auction ends on June 30, 2023.

The current bid isn't so bad (albeit the reserve price has not been met yet) consideringsome sellfor $622,000. The Nissan Skyline GT-R R34driven by the late Paul Walkersold for a record-breaking $1,357,000.

For stateside buyers who may be content with a regular Nissan Skyline R34, they can nowlegally importthe model to the country following its compliance with the 25-year import rule. However, those who want the hotter GT-R have to wait until January 2024.
