Very First Pagani Huayra Roadster Can Be Yours

ThePagani Huayramay look like a futuristic supercar but it was actually revealed way back at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. Replacing the stunning Zonda was no easy task and it came packed with cutting-edge tech that elevated its performance levels to new heights.

The Roadster took a bit longer to make its appearance, having been officially unveiled in 2017.All 100 units were quickly sold out. Those who missed out have been left to wait in the wings to pounce on any that come up for sale. For these hopefuls we have some good news; the very first Roadster built is looking for a new home.

Now aside from the obvious fact that the Roadster offers a whole lot more headroom than the Huayra coupe,there are some other notable differences between the two models. In the Roadster you forego the gullwing doors but you do gain some extra power at 754 horsepower (up from 720 hp) and a newly designed seven-speed sequential manual transmission that is both quicker and lighter than the one in the coupe.

The body is also made of an advanced fiberglass/carbon fiber weave that actually makes it 154 pounds lighter than the coupe. So performance levels are actually better and you get to hear the snorting twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 Mercedes-AMG engine even more acutely as you blast down the road.
