Tuned Ford Fusions Prepped for SEMA

SEMA 2012 /33 Comments

Ford will use this year's SEMA show to showcase the new Fusion, with four bespoke models prepared by tuners from across the country.

Ford is highlighting its new Fusion with a series of tuning jobs it's bringing to SEMA this year. Tjin Edition's Fusion blends performance with luxury, featuring beige paint, 3dCarbon lip kit, 21" iForged Concave alloys with Falken tires, Webasto sunroof and LightWurkZ headlights and fog lights. Katzkin upgraded the interior and Scosche Audio the stereo. Performance is optimized by a turbo kit from Unique Fabrication and Vibrant, a side-exit exhaust from Magnaflow, a Baer brake upgrade and suspension by Pedders.

3dCarbon's European influenced "Euro Series" Fusion boasts a custom body kit, a white paintjob and a set of HRE wheels. From subtle to radical, the Fusion by Ice Nine Group is inspired by Australia's V8 Supercars series that's coming to the States next year. Sponsored by Monster Energy Drink, the green paint and graphics package complements the car's racing style and hides some as-yet unspecified performance enhancements. The last of the quartet is by MRT Performance, its Fusion receiving a black-and-blue paint scheme, matching blue Forgestar alloys and a custom exhaust. Watch out for more as SEMA approaches.
