Design /7 Comments

From the exterior paint to the seats, stitching colors, and seat belt types, there is a lot to consider.

Even though every one of the 799 examples of the newFerrari SF90 XX Stradalehas been sold out, the Italian manufacturer has still launched an online configurator for this street-legal, track-ready exotic. Revealed less than two weeks ago, the 1,016-horsepower hybrid SF90 XX Stradale arrivedalongside its Spider sibling.我们会关注Stradale固定车顶模型e, though, as both cars have access to almost all the same customization options - and trust us when we say that there are many of those. Automakers at this level oftenmake the customization process a spectacleon its own, and once you start wading through the SF90 XX Stradale's options list, you'll understand what we mean.

Exterior: Colors Galore

Standard, Classic, Historical, and Special palettes are all on the menu, including several shades of the automaker's signature red. Those are Rosso Scuderia, Rosso Corsa, and Rosso Mugello. It's impossible to make the aggressive SF90XX Stradale look subtle, but you can go for more demure options like Bianco Avus (white), Nero (black), and Grigio Scuro (gray) if you choose. We included more exterior configurations lower down in this story.

Giallo Modena(yellow) is probably the most attention-grabbing color in the standard palette, and other eye-popping options are Rosso Dino (orange) from the Historical palette and Blu Corsa from the Classic palette.

But besides the primary paint of your choice, there are myriad ways to alter the exterior appearance of theSF90 XX Spiderand Stradale.

Exterior: Liveries, Wheels, And Finishes

Ferrari allows you to spec the SF90 XX Stradale with a body-color roof or a black one, but for an even more dramatic contrast with the main paint color, you can choose from three liveries: Flash Orange, Azzuro Dino (blue), or Giallo Modena (yellow). We've chosen to spec one in Blu Corsa with Flash Orange Livery to demonstrate the appearance.

We stuck with the standard rims, but there are three darker wheel designs, those being forged diamond polished, forged matte diamond, and carbon fiber. Next, we went for gold brake calipers, but you can also have these in red, orange, yellow, black, silver, blue, or aluminum.

For the exhaust finishers, we chose the titanium pipes in place of the black ceramic-coated alternatives.

Interior: From Mild To Wild

The interior's main color is Apollo Nero (black), contrasted here with a livery in orange. The default racing seats can be swapped out for Daytona racing carbon ones or specific design seats. As with the exterior paint, there are more contrasting color choices for the Alcantara upholstery than we can mention here, including Flash Orange, Giallo Modena, Azzurro Dino, Charcoal, and Cuoio (a shade of brown).

We stuck with the Flash Orange and then added yellow four-point safety belt harnesses. There are many more color choices if you stick with the standard seat belts, but we went for the option that looked the most dramatic to show off the extent of customization.

Blue stitching and floor mats with the SF90 XX Stradale logo concluded our specification for the racy cabin.

额外的情商uipment: Not Much To Get Excited About

For customers who absolutely can't live without front/rear parking cameras and front/rear parking sensors, these are available as optional extras. As with all the other options, Ferrari fails to disclose how much these will cost on its website.

We also added the useful suspension lifter but ignored the smoker kit, as the latter does away with the cupholder in the center console. In this area, the range of extras is much more basic, unlike Porsche, which will typically allow youto add a lot more featuresif your pockets are deep enough. Then again, the SF90 XX was conceived as a track special, so it would be silly to load it up with too many luxury features.

The standard SF90 XX Stradale costs roughly $840,000, and we're sure that enough options will send the price far beyond $900,000. This special machine is only expected to be released in Europe in the second quarter of 2024, with USA-bound models to follow.
