Only ten are being made. And now one of them belongs to Cristiano Ronaldo.
If the rumors are right, Cristiano Ronaldoowns the most expensive car in the world: the one-offBugatti La Voiture Noire, which is worth a cool $18 million. The Portuguese footballer also owns around 20 exotic cars including aBugatti Chiron, Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, Lamborghini Aventador, Aston Martin DB9, McLaren MP4-12C, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Ferrari 599 GTO, and a Bentley Continental GTC Speed.
Now, Ronaldo is the proud owner of an ultra-rare rareBrabus G V12 900- but he didn't buy it himself. The high-performance SUV was given as a gift for the soccer star's 35th birthday by his longtime girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.
As the couple left a dinner date in Italy, Ronaldo was presented with the rare Brabus G V12 900 with a red bow on the hood in front of a crowd of friends while being showered with confetti. Ronaldo looks genuinely stunned by the grand gesture. There are only ten examples of the Brabus G V12 900 in the world, so this is the perfect gift for an avid car collector like Ronaldo.
"Congratulations to the man of my life! I can't wait to transport our love with your gift," Rodriguez wrote on Instagram translated from Spanish.
Introduced at the 2019 Frankfurt Auto Show, the Brabus G V12 900 is powered by a 6.3-liter twin-turbo V12 engine producing 888 horsepower and 1,106 lb-ft of torque, which makes it more powerful than many of Ronaldo's supercars. That's enough power to propel the performance SUV from 0-62 mph in just 3.8 seconds, which is 0.7 seconds faster than the梅赛德斯amg G63.
Top speed is limited to 174 mph, while a body kit widens the custom G-Class by four inches. The Brabus G V12 900 costs around $670,000, but this will have been small change for Ronaldo's girlfriend.
