The extraordinary project is set to debut at SEMA 2023.

Dustin Hacker, the mastermind behind Nostalgia Hotrods, has just unveiled a Plymouth Roadrunner masterpiece for this year's SEMA show that will awestruck car enthusiasts.

The Plymouth Roadrunner once challenged muscle cars like theDodge Challengerin stoplight grand prix races back in the day, and its notoriety earned its place asone of the stolen carsinGone in 60 Seconds.

The culmination of an astonishing eight-year labor of love, Hacker's remarkable creation is called the "Roid Runner," representing an audacious pursuit of perfection and craftsmanship. Hacker and his team are setting their sights on the highly-coveted Ridler Award, and their weapon of choice is an extensively customized 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner, transformed with an unlimited budget and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Hacker's Roid Runner began its journey as a pristine vehicle but has since been transformed into a work of automotive art. Every panel of its body has been painstakingly handcrafted, and even the four-link frame is a custom-built masterpiece, featuring an independent front suspension and sway bars on RideTech Shockwave air suspension. The attention to detail extends to the undercarriage, which boasts such intricacy that it's almost too precious to hit public roads.

但奉献完美并不停在the exterior. The Roid Runner is currently a full-blown show car, right down to its meticulously painted, color-sanded, and buffed brake rotors.

Beneath the hood lies the heart of the Roid Runner - a highly modified 392 Hemi engine boasting a pair of Dart heads, Bullet custom ground racing cams, an Eagle rotating assembly, and a 2.9-liter Whipple Supercharger.

While the precise power output has yet to be dyno-tuned, it's expected to produce over 700 horsepower, ensuring the Roid Runner has both the looks and the firepower to make an indelible impression. That's a bit short compared to Kevin Hart's940-hp Roadrunner, but it's an impressive figure nonetheless.

The interior is equally awe-inspiring. Half the eight-year project was dedicated to perfecting the cabin, with one individual tirelessly working to achieve automotive interior perfection. The result is astonishing, with every component, right down to the AC vents, being meticulously handcrafted. The handmade wood panels are swathed in high-grade Italian leather and are wrapped perfectly.

A full-color TFT digital dashboard offers a wealth of information, and a center-mounted tablet governs a staggering 48 of the car's systems, ensuring the Roid Runner is as advanced technologically as it is visually stunning.

However, such a masterpiece doesn't come without a massive cost. The expenses for this build have surpassed a million dollars, and the project is still not 100% complete.

至于未来,the owner has plans to reconfigure the Roid Runner for road use following its display at numerous car shows, where it is sure to continue capturing the hearts and minds of automotive enthusiasts. The Roid Runner represents an extraordinary dedication to automotive craftsmanship; its legacy is bound to endure for years.

Visitors to this year'sSEMA Showare in for a treat as they witness this extraordinary creation in metal, celebrating the skill, artistry, and determination of Dustin Hacker and Nostalgia Hotrods.
