And it's based on the gorgeous Jaguar F-Pace.

Lister, a UK companyknown for building the 666 horsepower Jaguar F-Type-based Thundersports car, has just taken a crack at building an SUV based on the Jaguar F-Pace SVR. TheSVR is Jaguar's most potent version of the F-Pace, equipped with a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 pumping out 550 hp. Lister has been teasing that its version wouldproduce 666 hp and be the fastest SUV in the world. Now Lister's SUV has been revealed, and it's called the LFP.

The figures are still a bit murky, with Lister claiming "about" 670 hp, putting the LFP ahead of the Lamborghini Urus (641 hp), but still behind the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk (707 hp). 0-60 mph is estimated to take 3.5 seconds, making it a bit slower than a Tesla Model X P100D, and the top speed is estimated at more than 200 mph.

The Bentley Bentayga held the record for fastest SUV at 187 mph but was knocked off by the Lamborghini Urus at 190 mph. If Lister's 200 mph claim is correct, the LFP would be the fastest SUV in the world. It looks pretty good too.

The LFP certainly isn't cheap, with prices starting at £140,000 (around $180,000 with a simple conversion). Lister says deliveries will begin in October, with no word on whether they will be sold in the US. Since it is based on the F-Pace, we'd say the chances of it arriving in the US are good.
