亨尼西Venom 775 Is A Sleeper Truck That Will Embarrass Ram 1500 TRX Owners

The revised Venom 775 boasts a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 with 775 horsepower and 727 lb-ft of torque.

亨尼西Performance has introduced the revised Venom 775, a tunedFord F-150that packs a punch greater than the Ford F-150 Raptor R and the Ram TRX.

The limited edition pickup has received several updates and upgrades for the new year, but before we get into that, let's look at what powersthe mighty Venom 775. Under the hood lives the familiar 5.0-liter V8 engine that, in stock form, produces 400 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque.

But Hennessey has equipped the engine with a 3.0-liter supercharger and an air-to-water intercooler, boosting outputs to a mind-blowing 775 hp and 727 lb-ft of torque. That's a 94% increase in power and a 77% jump in torque. Other upgrades include enhanced fuel injectors, an upgraded fuel system, and a high-flow air induction system. There's also a new stainless steel cat-back exhaust, which reduces back pressure - and emits a glorious V8 noise.

As a reminder, the Ram TRX produces 702 hp while the 2024 Raptor Roffers up more than 700 hp, making it one of the most potent combustion-engined trucks on the market. |Neither can hold a candle to the Venom 775, which can rocket to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and cover the quarter-mile in a blistering 11.9 seconds.

CEO John Hennesseydescribed the Venom 775 as the ultimate sleeper truck with enough muscle to embarrass TRX and Raptor R owners. "Our upgrade delivers phenomenal performance, both on- and off-road, without compromising the F-150's legendary capabilities. It's compatible with premium trim levels, so there's no conceding luxury, either."

The Venom 775 is about more than straight-line performance. A six-inch lift kit gives the truck greater ground clearance, while upgraded suspension ensures it remains stable and tractable on all surfaces. Behind the 20-inch wheels, wrapped in 35-inch off-road tires, live multi-piston Brembo brakes that improve stopping performance.

Visually, the Venom 775 sets itself apart with a new 'Hennessey Venom' front bumper, power-operated running boards, and illuminated front badges and fender vents. Hennessey decals adorn the rear fenders, the front doors, and the tailgate.

Inside, changes have been kept to a minimum. Aside from model-specific Venom 775 badging, the headrests receive embroidered 'Hennessey' logos. No mention of price has been made, but buyers should know that the Venom 775 carries a three-year/36,000-mile warranty from Hennessey, providing peace of mind. It's a rather exclusive truck, as the tuner plans on producing just 250 units every year.
