Do All S6 Owners Have An RS6 Inferiority Complex? ABT Thinks So

The tuning house's newest package closes the gap between Audi's two wagons.

ABT Sportsline knows that S6 owners have an inferiority complex due to the existence of the RS6. That's why it just unveiled a new tuning package designed to make the little wagon just as powerful as its big brother. The new ABT Engine Control unit pushes the S6's power output to 550 horses and 501 lb-ft of torque. That's a lot of power, 100 horses over stock, but it's still 10 horsepower short of a stock RS6. However, it is good for a top speed of 180 mph.

Exterior additions include a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer spoiler and a wide selection of 20- and 21-inch wheels. If you care about cornering as much as going fast in a straight line then you'll be happy to know that the S6 was lowered and the air suspension system is now paired to ABT's Level Control. ABT's package isn't as powerful as the onedeveloped by SKN. Then again this S6 doesn't sport a ton of ridiculous graphics.
