Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Pur Blanc Edition

Pur Blanc edition goes high-contrast with striking black and white scheme in the latest Veyron one-off.

Few cars are quite as special as a Bugatti Veyron, but some Veyrons are more special than others. The latest to surface is the Pur Blanc edition, which takes its name from the French for "pure white" but actually has a fair bit of black thrown in for good measure... and a stark Storm Trooper look. Based as it is on the Veyron Super Sport, the Pur Blanc packs a 1,200-horsepower version of Bugatti's trademark quad-turbo W16 engine for a record-breaking 267.8 mph top speed.

The Pur Blanc follows such one-offs as the Pur Sang, Sang Noir, Sang Blanc and L'Or Blanc editions. It was both spotted on the streets of LA and photographed (alongside an "ordinary" Veyron) by Dirk A. Photography. The result, as you can see, is quite stunning, and in its black-and-white livery looks something like a beached Killer Whale on steroids.
