Luxury automaker Bentley is paying tribute to the Bathurst 12 Hour with a pair of bespokeContinental GTS coupes, created by Mulliner and Bentley Sydney.

Revived in 2007, the racing series takes place at the famed Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia. The Crewe-based automaker has proven successful in the past, with a Bentley Continental GT3 claiming victory in 2020.

成功的赛车作为灵感来源the special duo, but both vehicles retain a distinctive look and persona. One example has been painted in Apple Green - a nod to the racer's livery - and features a contrasting Beluga black roof. This color extends to the side mirrors, lower bumper, and rear trunk silhouette.

On the distinctive grille, you'll find a painted number seven, like the race car from which it draws inspiration.

符合商务厕所k, the Blackline Specification has been applied. This replaces the exterior brightwork with a more subdued black finish. Lastly, the Styling Specification was selected, providing this particular vehicle with a carbon fiber front splitter, rear diffuser, and side skirts.

Crack open the doors, and you're met with a sumptuously-appointed cabin. It's not a traditional mix of wood and leather but rather a nod to Bentley's motorsport success. Leather and Dinamica work together to convey sportiness and luxury. The upholstery has been finished in Beluga with Apple Green Accents.

As you'd expect, there are a few touches to set this Continental GT S apart from the rest swanning around Sydney and Melbourne's well-to-do areas. 'Bathurst' has been embroidered into the headrests, while a metal outline of the track can be seen in the exquisite carbon fiber inlays.

Elsewhere, the names of the drivers who led the Continental GT3 to victory can be found on the center console. Lastly, the treadplates boast 'One of Two' inscriptions on either side.

If Apple Green is too vivid for your tastes, the second vehicle has been coated in Silver Tempest, a shade that honors the second-generation Continental GT3 that started competing in 2018. Aside from the color, the second vehicle shares the same specification and unique interior embellishments.

The lucky owners of these cars will also receive a 1:18 scale model of the winning car and a framed commemorative artifact.

"We are proud to help Bentley celebrate that famous result with this pair of incredibly special and unique Continental GT S vehicles, much like the pair of Continental GT3 entries that were so impressive on the Mountain for many memorable years, said Bathurst 12 Hour Event Director, Shane Rudzis.

No changes have been made to the powertrain, but that's no bad thing. Both Continental GT S models gain motivation from a superb 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with 542 horsepower and 567 lb-ft of torque. That's enough to move these hefty bruisers about with gusto; 0 - 60 mph is dispatched in 3.9 seconds, and the top speed is pegged at 198 mph.

Thesportier nature of this duocalls for a throatier sound. Bentley fits the S models with a standard Sports Exhaust to enhance the fruity V8 growl. Bentley Dynamic Ride ensures a more athletic driving experience, with the active anti-roll system simultaneously minimizing body roll and improving ride comfort.

Mulliner has outdone itself yet again and looks to start 2023 off with a bang after creating astaggering 500 unique Mulliner motorcars in 2022. The talented team doesn't just occupy itself with fancy paint jobs and even producescoachbuilt cars like the striking Batur.
